1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to PDFTechno - www.pdftechno.com ("Website," "Service," "Provider," "Controller/Data Controller," "Application/This Application," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by [PDFTechno] ("Proprietorship"), a proprietorship firm incorporated under the laws of India and headquartered at Latehar, Jharkhand, India.
The Service offers its users solely a web and mobile application which allows users to manipulate documents and/or images through online software.
⚠️ Important: By accessing or using PDFTechno you agree to be conformant to this Terms and Conditions agreement ("Agreement") whether or not you are registered on our services. In the case of disagreement with all or part of these Terms and Conditions, you should abstain from using the Service.
The Proprietorship Firm (PDFTechno) offers the user certain services and functions in connection with the creation and processing of PDF data in the form of "software-as-service" ("SaaS services"), which are divided into various categories (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Products/Tools").
2. Definitions
"User"
Any individual or entity accessing the Service.
"Content"
Files uploaded, processed, or generated through the Service.
3. Service Description
As SaaS services, the products are offered exactly as is. PDFTechno offers online tools for PDF editing, organizing, conversion, optimize, compression, e-sign, etc.; nevertheless, the service does not guarantee the presence of particular functions, reliability, availability, or suitability for particular uses.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
- Using any automated or non-automated scraping process (including bots, scrapers, and spiders)
- Converting or editing documents at a rate that exceeds human capacity
- Sharing your password or using others' credentials
- Abusing PDFTechno in excess of legitimate business or personal purposes
Note: PDFTechno may investigate any account that registers over 2000 tasks in a month to determine compliance.

🌐 Language Support
- Default Language: English (all interfaces, documentation, support)
- Premium Language Add-On: Additional languages available for Premium subscribers
- Activation: Request via in-app settings or Customer Support (additional fees may apply)
⚠️ Sensitive Data Processing
Users are solely responsible for compliance with data protection obligations when processing:
- Medical documents (doctor's letters, prescriptions, health insurance documents)
- Legal documents subject to secrecy obligations
- Documents for legally binding evidence
- Documents with contractual storage obligations
4. User Content
🔒 File Storage & Access
PDFTechno does not analyze file content during processing. Only users have access to edited files.
File Retention Periods:

⚖️ Content Responsibility
Since PDFTechno does not examine file content, it cannot be held accountable for misuse of tools or copyright violations. Users are responsible for any penalties or sanctions imposed for violations.
5. User Obligations
✅ You Agree To:
- Use the Service lawfully and not infringe third-party rights
- Not upload illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content
- Comply with Indian laws (Information Technology Act, 2000 and Copyright Act, 1957)
- Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
- Avoid automated scraping, hacking, or spamming
- Maintain account security (strong passwords)
🚫 Prohibited Activities:
- Using the website for any unlawful activity
- Breaking any terms to generate SPAM content
- Providing instructions for illegal activities
- Gathering or storing personal information about other users without compliance
Note: Failure to comply with these obligations may result in contract cancellation as established in Clause 6.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
🏢 Ownership
PDFTechno retains all rights to the website, software, website content, logos and trademarks.
📄 User Content License
You grant us a non-exclusive license to process files for service delivery.
📢 Promotional Use
If you're a business entity, PDFTechno may use your trademarks in promotional materials, client lists, and presentations to identify you as a client.
⛔ Restrictions
It is prohibited to distribute, translate, alter, or make copies of the application without specific permission from PDFTechno.
7. Account Registration

Security: Users are solely responsible for account activity and must keep passwords secure.
8. Termination
PDFTechno may terminate your account if:
User Rights: Users can cancel their account anytime from their Account page or through the contact form.
9. Payment & Billing
💳 Subscription Policy
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 7 days before renewal
- Subscription fees are non-refundable
- Billing rates may fluctuate during subscription duration
- Payment method will be charged until cancellation
🆓 Free Trial
- Duration: 3 days from activation
- Activation: Submit payment details to start trial
- Cancellation: Must cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
- Auto-billing: Automatically becomes paying subscription after trial
- One-time offer: Can only be used once per user
💰 Refund Policy
No refunds for Premium account cancellations. No refunds for unused subscription time or credits. Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis at PDFTechno's sole discretion.
🧾 Tax Information
Users must provide accurate payment information and are responsible for all applicable taxes on purchases.
10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The service is offered without any warranties. PDFTechno makes no guarantees about accuracy, fitness, uptime, or security. Use at your own risk.
🔒 Limitation of Liability
PDFTechno will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including data loss, system damage, or third-party issues.
🔗 Third-Party Links
The website includes links to external websites. We are not responsible for external content and will remove links immediately if legal infractions are discovered.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
⚖️ Arbitration
This contract is governed by Indian law and disputes will be regulated according to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
🏛️ Jurisdiction
Parties expressly subject themselves to the jurisdiction and power of the judges and courts of Latehar, Jharkhand.
12. Miscellaneous
📞 Claims & Complaints
Contact PDFTechno through the online form for claims, complaints, or service information.
🔄 Contract Transfer
Users cannot transfer rights under this Contract to third parties without written consent from PDFTechno.
📝 Modifications
We may update Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
📋 Complete Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between parties. If any clause becomes null due to legislation, it won't affect the rest of the Contract.
This agreement is effective as of the date specified above and constitutes the complete legal agreement between you and PDFTechno.
